The offer and sale of products on our website www.chiaruzzishop.com are governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

All prices shown on the Website are expressed in Euro (€) and are exclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated).
Product prices may be changed without prior notice. However, the price charged to the user will be the one displayed on the product page at the time the item is added to the shopping cart.
The products shall remain the property of Chiaruzzi Srl Unipersonale until full payment of the purchase price and any related costs has been received.
Registration
To complete a purchase and view the prices of the products offered on the Website, registration is required. Our platform is intended exclusively for B2B operators and not for private consumers.
The registration procedure requires completion of an electronic form, in which the Customer must provide their details and email address. Such data will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy regulations. After registration, the Customer will receive a personal account accessible through a username and a strictly confidential password. These credentials guarantee anonymous identification. It is the Customer’s responsibility not to disclose their password to third parties for any reason.
The staff of CHIARUZZI Srl Unipersonale reserves the right to delete any account that remains inactive for more than 2 years or that does not comply with the terms and conditions in force on this Website.
The Customer shall be held responsible for any improper actions or conduct in violation of applicable laws or these General Terms and Conditions carried out by anyone using the Customer’s personal account. The Customer must promptly notify CHIARUZZI Srl Unipersonale of any theft, loss, or unauthorized use of their password or account by third parties.
Access
The products offered on the Website may be available in limited quantities and may be sold at discounted prices. Therefore, it may happen that the ordered product is no longer available after the purchase order has been placed. In the event of unavailability, the Customer will be promptly informed by email or telephone, and the order will be cancelled or modified.
If payment has already been made, Chiaruzzi Srl will immediately refund the amount paid and, in any case, within 15 days. Chiaruzzi Srl shall not be liable for any delays in the refund caused by the banking institution.
Service Suspension
Chiaruzzi Srl reserves the right to temporarily suspend the provision of its services, without prior notice, for the time necessary to carry out technical improvements or for justified security and confidentiality reasons.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. The new conditions shall become effective upon publication. The Customer shall, however, be entitled to the terms in force at the time the order was submitted.
Obligations and Responsibilities
The contract entered into between CHIARUZZI Srl Unipersonale and the Customer shall be considered binding when the order has been submitted by the Customer in accordance with the purchase procedure indicated on the Website and once authorization for the charge has been obtained from the credit card issuer used by the Customer for payment, or upon receipt of the advance bank transfer for the order balance, or upon payment to the courier in the case of cash on delivery (Italy only, cash payments up to €2,999).
The order submitted by the Customer shall be binding on CHIARUZZI Srl Unipersonale only if the entire purchase procedure has been completed correctly and without any errors attributable to the Website.
CHIARUZZI Srl Unipersonale shall not be liable for malfunctions caused by the data transmission network provider.
By confirming the order with CHIARUZZI Srl Unipersonale, the Customer acknowledges having read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
The purchase order form will be stored in the Website database for the time necessary to process the orders.
Once the contract has been concluded, CHIARUZZI Srl Unipersonale will send the Customer an order confirmation by email containing a summary of the information already included in the order form (essential product characteristics, detailed price, payment methods, and delivery costs).
The Customer must verify the contents of the communication and immediately report any errors or omissions to CHIARUZZI Srl Unipersonale.
CHIARUZZI Srl Unipersonale does not sell used products, irregular products, or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.
The essential characteristics of each product are presented on our Website within the relevant product page. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale may differ from the actual products due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
Product prices may be subject to updates due to fluctuations in the price of silver. However, the price confirmed by CHIARUZZI Srl Unipersonale at the time the order is placed shall remain unchanged.
The sale prices of the products displayed in the reserved area of www.chiaruzzishop.com are exclusive of VAT.
Shipping costs, clearly indicated during the checkout process, shall be entirely borne by the Customer, together with any additional costs arising from customs duties or taxes imposed by the laws of the destination country.
Purchase requests for shipment to countries not included in the available destination list cannot be accepted by CHIARUZZI Srl Unipersonale.
In the event that the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, CHIARUZZI Srl Unipersonale reserves the right not to accept the return of products that are not in their original packaging, have been altered in their essential or qualitative characteristics, or have been damaged.
Chiaruzzi Srl undertakes to correct any errors in product descriptions as quickly as possible. In any case, the Company’s liability shall never exceed the total value of the order. Chiaruzzi Srl shall not be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, strikes, power outages, theft, or loss of the parcel by the courier).

Advance Bank Transfer

Cash on Delivery
Payment in cash or by cheque directly to the courier. This payment method incurs an additional charge of 2.5% of the total order value (collection handling fee).
SHIPPING
Shipping within Italy
We use the leading express couriers for product delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated during the order process.
For deliveries within Italy, shipping is free for orders over €200.00 + VAT.
Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive an email with the courier details and tracking number.
International Shipping (EU and Non-EU Countries)
We use the leading express couriers.
Shipping costs are calculated during the order process.
Delivery within 5 working days.
Free shipping is not available for international orders.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 5 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 185/1999, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) working days from receipt of the products.
All return rights are excluded for products purchased on promotion, special offer, or sale. Therefore, returns will not be accepted in these cases.

Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging.
Once the integrity of the returned products has been verified, Chiaruzzi Srl Unipersonale will refund only the cost of the products, excluding shipping costs (if not previously paid by the Customer), return shipping costs, and any customs duties or charges subsequently invoiced by the courier to Chiaruzzi Srl.
Chiaruzzi Srl will notify the Customer within 5 days of receiving the returned goods of the amount to be refunded. The refund will be processed no later than 15 working days.
